Insights Rising in the Woods is a four-day immersive SoulCollage® retreat designed to support your inner journey through creativity, rest, and nature connection. Held in the golden stillness of early autumn in the woodlands of Cedar Cross Retreat Center, this experience offers a warm and spacious environment to explore intuition, express your soul through image, and deepen your connection to self and the sacred.
Facilitated by spiritual director, goldsmith, and SoulCollage® facilitator Ginger Meek Allen, the retreat requires no previous SoulCollage® experience. For those on the facilitator path, this retreat meets the introductory workshop requirement.
This retreat invites you to:

- Rest and reflect in the beauty of central North Carolina woodlands.
- Engage in rituals, poetry, and practices that nourish your soul.
